VirtualFRA fixes installer version to 0.16.10

In a Discord post dated September 12, 2024, VirtualFRA announced a corrected version number for its scenery installer package. Users are instructed to reinstall the scenery to eliminate the ongoing update prompt. Flightsimulator portal Flightsim.to remains unaffected. Alternatively, users can manually verify the correct version 0.16.10 in the *manifest.json* to bypass the issue. Reinstallation is optional, as the scenery continues to function without issues.
