GSX 4.0.23: Fixes for stairs, doors, and repositioning

Couatl Live Update 4.0.23 from FSDreamTeam addresses multiple reported issues in GSX Pro and standard versions. For GSX Pro, the update corrects misalignments in TLD and CDS staircases, which previously ended up to one meter above the door or stopped a few centimeters short. Additionally, it fixes the misplacement of the underground refueling manhole during automatic aircraft repositioning, which remained incorrect for the entire session. All GSX versions now resolve a bug where toggle-operated doors could be immediately closed right after opening upon command. Specifically for the PMDG 777-200ER and 777-200LR, the update ensures the front catering command operates door 1R correctly, preventing the endless opening and closing of door 2R while catering waited at door 1R.
