DCS updates static 3D models and new campaign announced

Eagle Dynamics has begun updating classic 3D static objects in *DCS*, retaining original dimensions and color schemes but introducing seasonal textures and realistic damage/destruction models. Primarily affecting objects from the Caucasus map, the update includes winter variants while ensuring existing missions remain unaffected. Concurrently, the publisher announced *DCS: Su-25T Operation Red Storm* by Ugra Media, a campaign placing players as a Su-25T pilot in a fictional NATO-Warsaw Pact conflict in 1984 across the Fulda Gap. Over 18 missions totaling more than 10 hours, the campaign simulates close air support, infrastructure strikes, and air defense suppression. Two dynamic TF-51D racing missions over Hamburg and Berlin are included as bonuses. Additionally, Eagle Dynamics highlights *Hydra Squadron*, a Latin American community offering training programs for DCS: F-16C, DCS: F/A-18C, and rotary-wing aircraft, with members from Chile, Venezuela, Colombia, and Uruguay.
